I am in the process of building a 13b-re engine with a Haletch e8 ECU, GT40R, and a half-bridge. I need help picking a set of injectors. The fuel rails are aftermarket and both primary and secondary are top-feed. I was thinking of going 1000cc primary and 1600cc secondary, but have no clue what brand or impedance to go with. Suggestions?

 

Noticed your post and wondered what you decided on injector sizing.

I'm running my halfbridged 13BRE with an E8 and 1600cc secondaries and 550cc primaries and things seem good. I think the GT40R is larger than my Microtech 60-1, but 1000cc primaries sounds large depending on your horsepower goals.
550cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries should be good for
495.7 at 80%
526.7 at 85%
750cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries should be good for
541.8 at 80%
575.7 at 85%
1000cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries should be good for
599.4 at 80%
636.9 at 85%
For my turbo, the 550 primaries look to produce close to the max rwhp at 80% and larger primaries likely will exasterbate an already rich halfie idle.
So, what did you find?
