Exclamation Need Help! What makes OEM Coils Go bad and damage!?!

I have had this issue going on for a while now and cant figure out whats going on. Both trailing coils are Getting damaged somehow. Im running factory ignitor with a haltech E6K. I have an MSD 6A on the Leading between the Ignitor and the coil and on the trailing im going straight from the ignitor to the coils through my own wiring. I ran a signal wire directly from the ignitor to the trailing coils and just used the factory power wire for 12v power. here is the final outcome. Both coils fry and the trailing in the ignitor goes bad.

Any ideas!?!

I don't know much about this, but maybe you have a bad ground or power lead that's making the coils burn themselves up?
