need help taking out key cylinder

Does anyone have any idea how to remove the round bolts that hold down the key cylinder in a 88rx7? Is there a special tool needed to do that? I'm trying to switch mine but i cant take it out. Any help would be great.
thanks

If my thinking is correct about what you are trying to do, you have to use a small chisle and hammer and back the rounded bolt out. The head of the bolt is broken off during installation when torqued to 20lbs. Hope this helps you.

That or the book says to use a pair of needle-nose vice-grips. I have used the chisel method, and it works well.
