need advice apex seals!

hey jst want sum info on the right apex seal, im getting my motor built atm getting bridge ported and it has brand new housings should i go with carbon apex??

If you have a full bridge, you'll need single piece apex seals. If it's only a half bridge, then two piece apex seals flipped will suffice.
