My car will not pass smog it has high hydrocarbons it the number is reading 2316
My name is Tyler I have a first-generation 1982 Mazda RX7 gs with 1146 CC 12a rotary engine it will not pass smog due to high hydrocarbons and Co level supposedly the carburetor is rebuilt I heard I need to change the spark plug the wires and possibly have the carburetor look through does anybody know anybody and Oroville California area who specializes on RX7
