Moving parts?

ok this is kind of a dumb question but im am curious....i have researched this many times and come up with many diffrent numbers..i just want to know how many moving parts inside the motor, and what they are...i have heard 3, 5, and 6...anyone wana help me out here?

There are a couple of moving parts. There are however 3 major moving parts. the two rotors and the eccentric shaft. This is the core motor by its self. Remember, there is an oil metering system, possibly a 4th and 5th port of its N/A, waterpump, and various valves. BAC, ACV, and so on.

what do you need the info for. I.e. what was the question for. If you counted the numner of actual parts that move it would be more than that. the three majors, mentioned above. and then there's all the seals on the rotor which move. However they don't independently but with the rotor. So i don't know what you wanted to know.
