Question Motor Oil for Rotary Engines????

i've read on the net that synthetic oil is not recomended for mazda's rotary engines. corksport carries an oil called rotary 1, but its like $100 for 4 quarts! so i was wondering what eveyone else is using that works good.

Use search. This topic has been and will be debated forever. I'm Currently using Mobil 20w-50, but as soon as I get my car running I'm changing it with Mobil1 15w-50 full synthetic. I have 102kmi on the original engine.

I heard that Mobile1 just changed their formula so they are no longer a pure synthetic. Lots of people bitching about it. And to think I just changed to Synthetic a couple months ago. Oh well, probably already time to switch back to Castrol.

Castrol 20W-50 in my TII. But in my '87 N/A I used 10W-30.
