Major Bucking during acceleration.

"88" SE n/a

when ever i hit the gas semi-hard i get a major hesitation and bucking from the engine. Im thinking fuel or intake but im having problem putting my finger on the source of the problem. Any advice would be helpful.

Fuel? How long ago did you change your filter? Might help. Or plugs/wires.

Its been about 40k miles on my fuel filter, im gonna try changing that up, the wires and plugs should be good, i got them recently... but ill give both a shot.. thanks hyper
