NS main fuse 80 amp keep blowing

hey i have a problem after my swap TII to TII rebuilt each tyime i plug the battery i blow the "jesus crist"" main fuse

heres how it goes i put the battery yesterday got power to the dash wiper were functioning and headlight too i went to work on my o2 sensor for like 20 min and i then notice smoke coming from the firewall ground and 1 sec later ground wire on fire i replace the firewall ground (no damage there) and of course that main fuse blew up and checked all my ground all wiring and found nothing wrong not too good at wiring its why i need some help
is the ground near the starter suppoes to go on the sterter on the block or on the firewall
(curently on firewall)

the main ground cable goes on the long bolt that bolts the starter to the engine block.
