Low compression? Looking to buy an FC

I was looking to buy a 1990 FC and the car had only 15psi compression in both chambers during the inspection. Should I pass on it?

was it 3 even bounces of 15 psi? If so the engine internals MAY still be decent

but, we ain't gonna tell you to buy it or not, its your money, not ours to blow for you
