I own a 1995 rx7 twin turbo. When im driving my car hard in 3rd gear about 5500 rpm my car suddenly dies for a second (like a masive flat spot) then boosts back in agian, it does the same through 4th am 5th gear. could any one point me in the right direction for things to check cos im starting to get a little worried.

 

boost cut or clogged fuel filter.

Ive already changed my fuel filter. It seems to me like its a boost pressure fault but im not to shore what to check first.
