Hi guys I just bought my first Mazda 1990 RX7 nonturbo in mint condition. .new to the mazda world n dont know much about it..so what is the best turbo kit for these cars? Also need a great mechanic that can work on my car. .
I'm a serious inquiry. ..Please help..

 

check out arroncakes website, he has a full length guide with pictures on how to turbo a non turbo rx7,there isnt a "kit" thats just bolt on, but for the money(a couple of thousand) and time you will spend adding and tuning a turbo system on a nonturbo, you might as well sell that engine and swap a turbo II motor in it. I would say its not worth it. If its mint condition, give it a good tune up. Replace all fluids, get new fuel filter, new thermostat, new O2 sensor, check your brakes and replace if necessary, and your car should have a nice life. As for the mechanic search, i cant help you but thats just my 2 cents.
