jspec sounds like lawnmower, then dies
Car: 87 turbo, full exhaust, intake, FCD...
Just installed jspec motor after my other jspec motor's rear rotor went bye-bye...
Car starts up, sounds horrible - near what a lawnmower sounds like, even smells the same - and then dies shortly thereafter. ECU is all plugged in, engine bay has all grounds (there is one little black box by the clutch cylinder with a plug that i dont have anything to plug into), car is getting fuel and spark, TID is on, and im out of luck.
This might be one for HAILERS.
Please help me out, I can't go without a car for another day.

yep
my TID has a crack on it right where it goes onto the turbo, i did my best to repair it with electrical tape, but i dont know if that would cause it... its securely on there and i dont think its leaking...
