hello everyone New here! I have a 87 rx7 n/a 5spd, 93,000 original miles.... All of a sudden, it started running real shitty, its not missing or smoking, but it revs really slow, and gradually reaches higer rpm's, At idle its normal, I was thinking a bad cat because of the fact it feels so restricted? But Im clueless....Any replies as to what this could be would be much appreciated...Love the car, dont want annything bad to be wrong with it.

I dunno, im no pro but i woudl just start the elimination process with the basics like fuel filter/strainer and spark plugs.

As for the cat, usually if they are bad/clogged they glow red so drive for a while and look.
