intake pouring fuel

Hi so i own a 1986 mazda rx7 and while driving the engine basically gurgled and died. Currently fuel is literally pouring out of the intake like a faucet. Anyone have any ideas where i should start?

Injector is stuck open.

Probably the plastic pintle cap cracked from age/heat and then the injector pintle got caught open against the pintle cap from the barb shape the pintle has.

Had this happen once as well. Filled intake and exhaust with gasoline.

Replaced pintle cap- no problems.

Well after getting the engine deflooded (the hard way) it has compression again and is not flooding. I pulled the injectors they were fine if maybe a little dirty. i think the flooding just came about after when the mechanic i took it to tried starting it while pumping the gas peddle. I am now back to the problem of why while driving the car shut off on me and now wont start. I figure its has nothing to do with the starting components since the car was already started and driving when it died on me. any suggestions?
