I just bought an 85' RX-7 for a project car, it's the 12A GS non-turbo rotary. I wanted to turbo-charge it but i'm not having any luck with how I would do that, I thought of just doing an engine swap but I rather do something cheaper and easier so I thought of finding a GSL-E turbo-charged rotary and just taking the intake manifold and turbo-charger off of it and putting it on mine, I don't even know if this is possible and i'm very new to rotary engines and know very little about them so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

 

you will run in to alot of problems. if you want to turbo your car best bet is to get a turbo from a second gen then call rob at rotary shack and hell explain every thing for you.
