Question idle compensator on JCESE Cosmo

Anybody now where the idle compensator control system is on the throttle body of a 20B? just put my inspection engine in (that time of year) and it won't hold an idle, My normal engine uses a custom setup with a FCON V Pro, and lord knows I don't mess with that mess myself, syptoms are such, normally if you use AC or Head lights, or when put in gear the engine speed increases to keep up with the load from the dynamo, or AC unit..... right know my idle is about 450 RPM, and stalls at traffic lights. If I trun on the AC the idle goes up about 100 hundred RPM (roughly normal) but when going from park to drive, or neutral to drive the idle stays the same.
