Electrical related Idle problem on FD

I have a question.

I'm faced with idle problem with my FD. But my situation is little different.

When I turn on the head lights or even the corner lights (AC also), my idle drops and starts to jump up and down 500rpm~1000rpm and about in 30 sec. or so and the motor just dies...Otherwise, no problem. What could this be related with?

My mods and status on motor:

m2 ecu stage 3

Motor (leaks radiator from the resovor tank when driven for too long or hard, white smoke for first 3min, low radiator light turns on once in awhile and needed to be refilled. yes, O-ring problem...

bnr stage 1

Koyo Radiator

Thats about it. no catback no md...

Anything suspicious which relates to the bad idle with light turned on?

Lightbulb Same problem i have on my Cosmo

Sounds like your Idle compensator has went out. It (compensator) speeds up the idle when you put the car in drive, or when you turn on AC, Heqadlights, our anything that uses a lot of juice elctricity wise. right now mine just died, I know what it does, but have not a clue on where its located on the 3 rotor 20B thats in my car. best of luck locateing it. on old cars, it was a little vacume dashpot off the side of the carb, this is the first time I have had one go bad on a turbo car, so i am looking for it. I will repost if I find it, cause it should be similar for an FD.
