Ideas for spacer between fuel pump and hanger

Hi guys,

I'm installing new Walbro pumps in my existing fuel pump hanger. The top side of the new fuel pumps are smaller than the old pumps. I need to fill the gap with something that will not deteriorate in E85.

Any constructive suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You'd have to measure but perhaps something like this may work? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Fuel-Pum...-/193213561829

You'd have to ask if it's compatible with E85, I don't *think* Nitrile deteriorates in ethanol but it does swell.

Personally I would be asking a local machinist how much it would cost to machine a sleeve out of aluminum.

It seems to be a CJ hanger. i would call Charles and ask for other rings that could work with the 450 pumps instead of machining anything
