I need a second opinion about the throttle body adjustment

Okay after talking with my tuner in my local area (he owns rotary race cars has his own shop and works at a mazda shop during the day for his background). He said the bac valve does nothing other than when the car warms up. I removed all emissions other than the egr and rat nest. My car wont hold idle he said I need to adjust the throttle body screw to acomidate the bac valve being gone and the screw is on the bottom of the throttle body i cant seem to find this damn screw i ahve a jdm tII s4 throttle body anyone got pictures or any helping ideas to get this going??

Thanks
