My RX-7 motor is having a problem, up until a couple weeks ago, it ran fine, but now, it has almost NO power. I thot it mite have bean something wrong with one of the spark plug coils, but i had it checked out and it wasent. Is there any thing else it could be? It has about 219,000 miles on it.

PLEASE HELP ME!

 

Have you done a compressoin test?

Id start there, 200k is quite a few miles.

Do a compression check. If it checks good, give us more info. Does it idle at the 750 RPMs when warm? Does it idle at all? Is smoke coming out of the exhaust? Is it making weird noises? That kind of info can help us help you.

 

It idles for a little bit and then dies if I dont have my foot on the gass
