PCV Question

I have a 13b-re and my pcv system simply consists of a vacume 't' tying the oil fill and center iron vac nipples together, then running though a check valve which ends up after my TB

Is this ok? Occasionaly my car will make a wirring noise which i was able to track down to this sytem. If the sound starts and i pinch the line at the tb it stops. Doesnt seem damaging to me, however i wanted to ask anyways

Car runs fine, has a few 1000 miles on it sence i started using it. pulls 60-62kpa vac at 900rpm idle

From: next to the polishing wheel!!!
I do not run a PCV valve and the nipples are gone . The hole on the throttle body is welded closed and the nipples on the oil fill tube were cut out when I shortened the fill tube .
