I KNOW ITS A 13B BUT DONT KNOW IF IT CAME OUT OF A TURBO OR NON TURBO 2ND OR 3RD GEN W/TURBO
DO YOU THINK IT'LL RUN NICE WITH JUST A RACING BEAT EXHAUST & A SIDEDRAFT INTAKE WITH A 48DHLA SIDEDRAFT OR WILL IT RUN LIKE CRAP

It looks like a 13b from a 2nd gen, but i cant tell you if it was turbo or not. Not much help am I? From that pulley on the front it looks like it is possibly from a 1st gen also, i believe the 1 gen had the big fan attached to the front pulley and it looks like that could be possible on that pulley.

 

That is not from a 3rd gen, that is not from a 2nd gen, that even isnt from a 1st gen. All those 13B are fuel injected, and you can see in the center plate, no place for fuel injectors. It also has the very old castings in the rotor housings, with no oil injection bungs. The ports you can see are small, far from a FD in size. The waterpump however is from a 86-88 rx-7. But, the engine is a 1974-1978 13B from a Rx-4, or a Cosmo. So it has 9.2:1 compression, and very baby exhaust ports. In stock form with a good intake and exhaust, the best you will get is about 170hp at the crank
