How to remove fuel injector seats

Can someone please tell me how to remove the fuel injector seats out of the lower intake manifold. I need to remove the entire unit, diffusers and aluminum seat/retainer.

Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about just the rubber seal or the hard plastic piece? I would be very careful if the manifold is still on the car. I think most people have the intake manifold off when they remove those

May help if you state the car you have.

You can usually work them out with lots of silicone lube and your finger.I've done them on my FC that way..Push your finger in the hole and work it around..(Damn that sounds kinky..lol!)
Try reaching inside the manifold and pushing them up,CAREFULLY,if you are reusing them(lots of lube on them).

Sorry, I didn't realize what model or gen 7 I had mattered on how they get removed. The manifold is an RE. Here's 2 pics of the part I'm trying to remove. Its the aluminum seat/ring in question. I will not be reusing them as new ones are being installed from Full Function. a friend suggested using the tool used to remove the clutch pilot bearing but I don't want to mar the manifold. Again any other input would be great.
