how much oil does a 13b rotory burn?

i just rebuilt my engine and i have relised that for every 2000km i do 1 or 1.5 litres of oil burns but theres no smoke at all.. but when i looked under my engine i can see a little bit of oil under the block.. so is this normal??

Did some metric conversions in my head so here goes:

That oil consumption sounds very reasonable for a rebuilt rotary.

The oil on the bottom of your engine is a leak however, which would not be normal for a freshly rebuilt engine. Did you rebuild it yourself? Have it built locally or buy the engine? If the latter two, I would expect there to be some kind of warranty against leaks.
