OK, I have been working on cars for awhile. I have run into a problem with my friends 94 RX-7 not being able to pass emmissions. I started a tune-up and so far I have found no problems so I have come here for some help. Any insight would be helpful. I have, however, found the converter to be faulty, but I don't think that is the only problem.

Run a hose from the air pump straight to the cat......This worked when my car wouldnt pass with ACV hooked up. good luck
