My Atkins Rebuilt ported 12-A has lasted 2 years so far and thats ******* the crap out of it all the time .As far as carbon build up on a rotary !! A good Highway trip helps get the carbon out as good as ******* it if you ask me. do at least 250+ miles round trip .My car runs a lot better for some reason after a long trip.

My S5 n/a 13b is at about 130-150k right now, still fires up on the first turn of the starter. Change your oil regularly to make sure the motor is running good and you shouldn't have any issues.

FYI, I run this car at the track every Friday and Saturday and it runs like a dream at the track and on the way home.

With these motors, you gotta beat them a little bit and they'll be good for you.
