Question Does anyone know of a good rotary-tech in or near NC?

i might be getting a TII! but it may need a rebuild or other work, i'm not sure because the guy says it starts after a bit but smokes. It's beed sitting for awhile, but he only wants $250 for it!! I plan on trying to do it myself. But i would like to have a fallback if needed.

yea...could just be bad gas from sitting so long. could be a lot of things, like fouled plugs. either way, if it starts and runs, you are getting a steal for $250.

i paid $800 (he asked 1000) for mine, and it ended up having a bad water pump as the major issue. there's some body work to be done, and suspension needs to be looked at, and exhaust replaced (sounds like there's holes in it), but other than that i was really happy with my purchase (esp since it's my first project car )

...and now it's sitting in pieces between my apt bedroom and the parking space i had to move it to where i pay monthly because the landlords threatened to have it towed

haha yeah i'm pretty stoked about it! and some kid just randomly asked me if i'd sell my FC i have now (it's NA) i told him "i'm not trying to sell it, but if the price is right anything is for sell" and he said he was thinking he could come up with whatever i asked! but i'm really having a gard time giving him a price cause that car has alot of senemental value to me and i really don't want to get rid of it.
