housing inspection help (pics)

I'm in need of advice here. The 87 TII this came out of sat for a couple of years. These pics look like the surface is rough, but it is smooth and not warped. Are there any issues reusing them?

I think that they are okay

No scoring, no flaking....

the rust in the coolant passages is pretty normal from washing the plates or from when coolant is replaced with water.

Take a metal cleaner solution on a rag and go over the surface to clearly reveal any imperfections... but from what I see, I think they are okay.

take care
