Unhappy Help New guy with a FD running rich and more

Hi guys I just got a FD and I love it but there's some bad things with and I need to fix be4 I hurt my motor , the motor just got new seals and more 15k back ' I'm getting like 170 miles per tank of gas it back fires allot more then I think it should , mods done are full hks exhust with no cat, open Hks bov, and some intank pipes to the OEM box if you guys could help me that would help so much bcuz I'm not sure if there's any good FD rx7 shops close to here in Long Beach CA

I would take your car to Neptune Speed in Huntington Beach. You really shouldn't be running no cat, without a ported wastegate or ecu upgrade, thats the easiest way to damage your engine.

You have the stock ECU? Stop driving it immediately and take it to the suggested shop. Running rich is a hell of a lot better than running lean.

I got it running right now it had some vac mess up and somethings where not plug where they should be

a vacuum leak after the throttle body will cause it to run excessively rich, as the MAP sensor thinks the engine is under a load.
