Unhappy help! new engine smokes!!!!

My original motor was blown and I bought an atkin's rotary engine street ported JDM 13b-rew installed in my car. At the same time, I installed greddy t-78 turbo kit, greddy intercooler, radiator upgrade, and new OEM throttle body. The problem is that my car smokes bad when I start the car. When I drive the car for awhile and come back, it stops smoking but a little later it smokes again. I just put 1500 break-in miles on it and still smokes. I'm not sure if it's normal or would it ever go away? Some people told me that it's a clearance problem and it might go away after 3000 miles or so. Also, my sounds like a mucsle car. Is that normal too? might be the ports are too big? My main concern is the smoke. So, PLEASE HELP!!! I NEED SOME ANSWERS!!! I'm still running OEM ecu but planning to upgrade it to APEX ecu would that help?

What does the smoke look like, and what fluid are you constantly having to refill?

If the engine is ported, it will have a "rougher" sound than a stock engine... how bad is it?

it smokes blue smoke but funny thing is I havn't refilled any fluid yet. I think it's burning oil but whenever I check oil level, it's fine. Alos, the engine's street ported.

is there oil on your turbo's compressor wheel?

does it smoke right when you start it, or only after a minute or two?

there is no oil on turbo's compressor wheel and I also checked the pipe which is connected to throttle body, there was no oil. It smokes when I start it, and as it gets warmed up, it gets better. I would say first 5min or so, it smokes and it gets better. Also when I come back from driving, right when I park there is no sign of smoke but after a min or so, you can see some blueish white smoke. I'm trying to find out if it's normal with a brand new built engine from Atkin's.

ask them if they recycled the oil control rings. and it's possible they twisted or even broke one of the o-rings installing them. unlikely, but still possible.
