Help ME Bad IDlE

my mazda 1987 will idle around 700 rpms but starts to shake really bad. i beleive it needs to be timed. not to sure. also will die under a load. driving down the street.

help

its a brand new akins engine. every one i talk to said they last. and theres now way it doesnt have compression
