Hey I hope someone can help me with this. My rex goes up to about 5000rpm in every geer and doesnt go up any higher the engine revs but theres no power. basically it redlines at 5000rpms anyone have any idea whats wrong?

 

Check throttle cabel, throttle position sensor and the AFM and connectors first.

 

can you go past 5000RPMs with the tranny in neutral or park? (depending on yout transmission type)
