Help! Annoying Ringing Tone!!

Question about the constant high pitch ringing going on with my 87 T2.

When I turn the ignition on it starts untill I pull the key out. This continues during driving, or when the car is off.

My guess was the oil level, coolant level buzzer, but the levels are fine. I checked those, the oil pressure is fine, and so is the operating temperatures. Is this an electrical issue? Thanks for any help.

The first day I had my '91, the coolant buzzer would keep turning on, the coolant level was fine, I was messing around with the wires that lead to the sensor that measures the coolant level and the buzzer hasn't came on since. Do you know what buzzer is for? do any of the lights come on?
I also had a "high pitch" sound when I turned my car on once. It was the seatbelt buzzer that got stuck, but that only happened once.
