Hard break-in anyone?

I'm new here and after searching and reading a lot I didn't see anything about this: http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm
What do you think? Could it work in a rotary engine? I'm planning on getting an RX-8 by the end of the year and want to know if I should try it...

I think that guy's in it just to screw with people. The entire rest of the worl will disagree with him.
Generally anything you take from the internet must come from several sources to be considered true.
