I think the best way to answer is by saying, it can be made to fit. It's not something you take out of the box and plug in though. It took me a full weekend to install, but I imagine it can be done in a day by a more experienced mechanic.
here is a brief overview of what is involved:
1. removing front bumper, bumper support, radiator, ic, all ducts, battery, battery box, power steering cooler, intake.
2. cut the bumper reinforcement (which is a pita b/c it's made out of fiberglass)
3. cut a small piece of the frame
4. relocate the AC.
5. modify the radiator mounts.
6. cut the front bumper skin.
7. relocate the battery, or replace with a smaller battery and modify the stock tray.
8. do the fan mod

Which greddy IC do you have? I bought a Greddy 4 row for the MKIV then had it modified for an FD....it was super effective.
But back to the subject, I had the Mazdaspeed aniversary kit on my car and then the VeilSide C1 kit, it fit really easily with both those kits.
