Got a 94, th starter does not seem to be engaging the flywheel. Anyone ever get that chih-ching sound. Car doesn't turn over(Brand new Battery). Took Starter off, took jumper cable and connected the red to M and black to the base, hoping to have the pinnion engage. NO LUCK. Everything seems to be proper on the interior. Anyone have any suggestions.

 

connections at the starter not recieving enough power. that or a faulty ground.
