Gas leaking

I have a 94 rx7TT w/ 75,000 miles. I noticed that gas is leaking from passenger side of the car. It looks like it is leaking right below the turbos. I do not drive this car much and sometimes it is very hard to start. I have replaced the plugs and it started right up. Then I let it sit for a week or so and it would not start. I could smell gas and then i noticed it under the car. Anyone have any possible causes?
