Fuel Tank Gases

I have a problem with the gas tank of my Rx7 GSL-SE. The gases in the tank are not coming out and the gas pump starts to sound very hard, and when I take out the plug, a lot of gases come out. What do you think that might be?

Welcome to the board.

Have you tried checking/replacing the charcoal canister?
