I Know that this question seems stupid but is there anything to make the fuel thats going into my engine less because when i smog it they say that there is to much fuel going into my engine. is there anyway to make it less so i can pass smog

 

You can tune the fuel down with a SAFC, but your car probably has something else wrong with it. What did you exactly do to prepare for the smog check? Also, dont have the SAFC out becuase it is not a carb friendly device.
