Fuel pump mot powering on?

Car sat for 7 years, pulled engine, rebuilt it, re-installed it, now fuel pump is not powering on. CEL is on when the key is on and does not shut off? Indication of stored codes? Is there an inertia fuel cut switch on the car? I have yet to put power directly to the pump, but I can't fathom a fuel pump going out from sitting... And does anyone know which is the pwr wire on the plug to the pump???

The power wire located in the hatch plug colors are red/white. But IMO it's just easy to use a pumper on the Diagnostic connector to power the fuel pump, hope this helps.

I never ask but are we talking about an FD?
If so see picture below. You want to place the jumper wire from F/P to GEN with the ignition on.

Yes it's an FD, I'll try GEN to F/P.
After your initial post, I assumed that F/P was fuel pump, so I jumped the + to F/P but it did nothing. I'll try GEN to F/P and see what happens.
I sprayed starting fluid into the intake and tried to see if I could get it to pop off, and it didn't. I fear I have bigger problems, I need to out a stethoscope on an injector (that will be a trick) to see if injectors are clicking to check for a PCM issue. I pulled codes, and I got 2 TPS codes, but I knew that because I'm running an Accufab 90 mm throttle body with a trick TPS on a custom plenum. And an intake temp code cause I left it unplugged, but nothing vital that would make the car not run (like crank angle sensor). Another weird thing I noticed was a constant humming noise when key was on, I could slightly feel a vibration on the intake and charge pipe with the humming noise, like something was getting power and stuck on.. But again, I need to go to the shop and grab my stethoscope (I own a performance shop In my town, and the car is in the garage at my house) this is so irritating!! I'll grab my stethoscope and my laptop with ALLDATA on it and try tomorrow. I briefly skimmed over ALLDATA's fuel pump procedure at work today, and It said something about a 2 stage fuel pump using different relays for WOT and light Throttle, didn't know that, interesting...

Okay, I don't see "GEN" on the diagram, I see MEN and FEN, but no GEN, the one I tried earlier was B+ cause that's obviously power, but where is GEN?

Sounds like your looking at the wrong side of the connector.

Question did you make sure the grounds located on the UIM, engine block (under the coils) & near the kick panel (10mm) just below the ECU are connected?

There you go 7years of sitting will do it! If that's what the pump looks like you should check yours fuel lines & filter. This is just the beginning of things to come. Brakes, lines, slave, master, calipers & so on needs a look at....

You want to jump FP and GND, not GEN, and either GND will work.

My apologizes for the typos, the mind can be funny at times. For some reason I kept thinking "2 GEN/3GEN" ???

And yeah, I'm very thankful the pump didn't turn on. I was in the hospital for going out a windshield years ago during the time the car died, I had a friend put it away in storage, he td me he drained the fuel. apparently not. I didn't know why I didn't check myself.
