Fuel no there

ok just got another TII for a project put a j-spec in it and tried to fire it up. It is not getting any fuel in the block. I checked the injectors and their wires (good) checked ecu (good) checked wiring harness (good)
BUT i found that i am not getting fuel past the first primary plug. So how do i get the fuel to pass through both fuel rails. Do i need to check other wires or should i check my vacuum line that connects to the primary rail if so how should i go about checking it i found where it leads (the yellow plug by the oil filler). any suggestions??????

Are the two fuel hose on the left side swapped around? The one fromt the filter goes to the front metal pipe. The vac hose off the fuel pressure regulator should go to the orange solenoid. That would not keep the fuel from flowing though. Did you jumper the fuel check connector and listen for the fuel pump running when the key in to the on position? You've already fixed this problem? No one answered in two days???? Odd.

yay

OK i guess this is the deal. A-spec and j-spec engines have a difference the j-spec and a-spec fuel lines are swapped. Thanks for the help.
