Fuel Leak on Pressure Regulator

When i first start the car (cold start) fuel sprays out where the pressure regulator and fuel injector connects. There is a rubber bushing that the metal hose goes into. the clamp around that connection has slid back and the metal hose doesnt fit inside it perfectly. Can I just put a new clamp over the connection or could i put some sealent in there. Or do i have to buy a new pressure regualator and fuel injector. Thanks

Check my sig line for the link to the onine FSMs, download the one you need and go to the fuel section. I am not understanding your description of parts, you will find the proper names in the Manual.
