Fuel cut at 1700 rpm?

Ok so just took my car out for the first time after the winter yesterday and it started no problem and was running and idling smoothly then I took it for a drive and it was makeing really good power then all of a sudden after about 3 minutes of normal driving it just cut all fuel above 1700 RPM and to get it to work properly I need to pull over and sit for 2 minutes, could this be a fuel pressure issue? I changed my fuel pump out over the winter to one that is supposed to be a higher flow and it sounds like it's running when I just turn power on
Setup is 1000cc primaries 2000cc secondary's
Single turbo, v-mount, adaptronic select ECU, Aeromotive FPR and a walbro 450 lph fuel pump,
It ran fine b4 the winter and the only thing that really changed was the fuel pump and I plumbed my boost control solenoid into the ECU but that should affect it
