front and rear rotors

hi, i have been looking for a rear 12a rotor A weight. seen lots of fronts for sale... i have a pair here (ones damaged) i cant see any diffrence betwwen front and rear? why cant i use a front rotor of same weight in the rear?

Because of the pocket that is machined on the faces is slanted towards the leading edge. If you set them both gear side facing you and look at the faces, a correct pair should mirror each other. Otherwise you have either 2 fronts or rears.

thankyou. ill go check. are they all like this even the 13btt batman rotors etc
