FL Ford 9" or 8.8 on 85 GSL?

Guys, what are the pros and cons between these two rear ends? I plan on not cutting the car but running it stock chassis. Thanks!

i ran a 15x8 wheel with 26x8.5x15 in slicks with no cutting.it all depends on what you are doing with the car.if you do it stronger than you need it will last forever.
