First oil change in an FD

I've read a lot of different things on what type of oil to use, some say synthetics others say not at all. What does everybody recommend? What viscosity?

How much oil do I need also?

Thanks

Just use 10w30. It doesn't really matter if it's synthetic or dino, just whatever you prefer.

If you start to track (road race) the car, you might use something heavier like 20w50 for those days.
