Finally got my car...have a few ?????

Finally got my car...have a few ?????
I just got my car back, and there are a few bugs that still need to be worked out.
1. If I shut of my air vents and my lights, the car begins to idle roughly, and then becomes solid after awhile.
2. Only boosting at 3 PSI !!!!!!! I've noticed that most recommend checking for vacuum leaks, any other ideas??
3. This just started happening today, my air/fuel gauge isn't taking an accurate reading. At idle it will go all over the place, lean, stoich and sometimes it doesn't read at all. My O2 sensor maybe?? This really scares me cuz this sort of thing started happening just before my motor blew the first time, but I havn't been beating on the car so wtf.
4. My driverside indicators, front and back don't work. Fuse problem, or could both of the bulbs have gone at the same time??
I havn't really checked any of these problems out my self yet cuz its 5:00 in the morning here so.....
The car is a FC S5 TII.

----Huh? Air vents? You mean like the fan inside the car? I am pretty sure the vents are vacuum assisted so maybe there is a messed up solenoid.

----Yah, check all vacuum lines, especially the one to the wastegate.

----The blinkers? The wiring is notoriously shoddy in this area so you may want to check the solder points. I don't know where the how-to is but I am sure it is somewhere
