FD3s Advice on starting.

Ok, so i got this car about 2 years ago, it did not run, had loose manifolds/wastegate,fuel leak,no turbo, backyard tune, and about 3000 miles on a built motor. The worse thing about it was it was cooked, the engine bay harness and everything was fried.

I put on a turbo and fixed the fuel leak and get it running and driving. It bucked at 4500 rpms and ran hot as a dickens. Coolant sensor is ringing to no end.

I decided to grab a new harness and see what i could eliminate as an electrical problem and get to work. Long story short i ran into some trouble and had to let the car sit for a year.

Ive yet to test this harness and i want to start it up without the intercooler and stuff hooked up so i can just make sure everything runs properly still. One problem i have is the new harness i looked at has 2 bosch aftermarket secondary injector plugs on it, but if I'm just starting it and letting it idle i shouldn't need to plug in the secondaries.

Does anyone have any advice on what i should do to the car to prep it for this first start up? Im going to empty the gas tank, charge the battery, take out fuel fuse and crank it over a few times to try to get the engine lubed up a little.. anything else?
