yes it can be repaired but it's generally about the same cost as just replacing it with another used iron. i do repairs on broken seal walls as does Goopy Performance. i charge $125 per break plus shipping. used irons are usually in the $150-200 range.
that said the repairs are usually only done on engines i tear apart which is just a tad cheaper than replacing it.
if you do wind up going that route and want to sell it drop me a PM with a price. i would offer a swap with some cash but a quick look appears i don't have any extra REW centers available.
